Chief Administration Officer - Manufacturing Firm

Role Purpose:

The CXO Position (Designation) will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction and operational excellence This executive leadership position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the administration of manufacturing operations w.r.t statutory compliances including role of occupier as per definition of Factory Act, demonstrating a track record of successful operational management and business growth. The CXO ROLE (DESIGNATION) will report directly to the Board/CMD and work collaboratively with other members of the executive team to drive the company's overall success.

Job Description :

- Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan and vision.

- Collaborate with the executive team to align operational goals with broader business objectives.

- Oversee and ensure compliance with factory regulations, including but not limited to the Factory Act.

- Manage all aspects of administration, including facilities, procurement, and logistics, to ensure operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with governmental bodies and regulatory agencies, facilitating smooth liaisoning and compliance.

- Implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Implement best practices to enhance operational processes and reduce costs, while maintaining high product standards.

- Abilities in devising & implementing various innovative supply chain processes / procedures; creating vision for objective and translating ideas into clear & actionable business requirements.
