- Ensure that all MIS reports (financial statements, G.O.P. utilization,) are prepared and sent on the scheduled date
- Work out total sales & G.O.P. for every month within 1 day from the month end and send flash reports of the same to Financial Controller
- Conduct Financial Review Meeting with respective Dept. Heads and read the financial results and gets the comment from the Dept. Heads within 10 days of the mon
- Ensure that Statutory payments are paid on time (PF, ESIC, Income Tax & Prof. Tax.,ETC)
- Ensure timely collection of payment from respective airlines and thus always maintain bank balance for working capital requirement
- Finalizing all yearly contracts of major consumption food items and General store items after studying comparatives and quality being approved by Exec. Chef and thus keep control over food cost
- Fill the tender for new airlines after checking recipes, after studying the recipes and submit to FC /GM for further approval.
- Cost Control.
Desired Profile / Qualification:
- Candidate should be qualified as Chartered Accountant.
- Up to 10 years of proven managerial experience in finance department, hospitality and service industry experience will be preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong Leadership Qualities.
- Should have Auditing experience
- Should be well versed in SAP FI & Newgen
- Highly motivated and should be able to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
