Chief Accountant Projects - Chartered Accountant

- Preparation of monthly/Quarterly MIS and annual accounts within the stipulated time frame.

- Supervising day to day operations of accounting and responsible for AR, AP, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Inventory management.

- To handle the complete accounts department and their employees.

- Should know all the latest accounting laws and procedures

- To coordinate with the heads of other departments

- To come up with financial solutions to improve profits and consultative with other departments on cost reduction initiatives.

- To check the Project Costing thoroughly and will have a say in the pricing of products/services.

- Using various software applications, such as spreadsheets, Ppt, ERP etc- to format data for accounting and reporting purposes.

- Preparation and monitoring funds flow, Bank reconciliations and cash flow statement.

- Develop and maintain Internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
