About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Credit Cards to join our team at CheQ. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and launching credit card products, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field. This role requires a deep understanding of credit card regulations, and market practices, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic product development.

What you'll be doing:

- Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for credit card product, aligning with business goals and market trends.

- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and tailor product features/benefits for target segments.

- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development and growth of credit card products, including design, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, CX, Marketing, Operations, and Risk to ensure product excellence and compliance.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards from international card organizations and local regulations.

- Project Management: Manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders, including technology, compliance, legal, and risk teams.

- Customer-Centric: Foster a customer-first mentality, understanding customer needs and driving successful product outcomes.

- Performance Metrics: Establish and review success metrics, key product indicators, funnel conversion rates, and product revenue to design continuous improvement plans.

What you'll need:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card product management, with a background in launching credit card products.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage ambiguity, lead across multiple teams, and work with all levels of the organisation.

- Strong sense of company and business objectives, with a high degree of ownership and constructive sense of urgency.

- Hands-on Consumer Product experience.
