Get in touch What you'll be doing Product Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, business, data, design, and engineering teams to define and implement a product strategy that scales the organisation to its ambitions. Acquisition & Onboarding: Leading martech and incentive programs that drive acquisitions (including Referrals) and ensuring a world-class Onboarding experience Discovery: Building a platform that predictably helps users identify all their credit card bills and other details relevant to their credit card bills Rewards: Building an engaging and sustainable rewards proposition for users of CheQ User Experience: Building all of this while ensuring we deliver a delightful user experience through the CheQ App to the users What you'll need 7+ years of relevant product experience in digital products. Fintech experience will be an added advantage. - Experience working with growth/marketing teams, running referrals and other retention programs. - An eye for great UX/UI and a good understanding of design best practices (Design System et al.) - Quick, scrappy and can get things done with lightening speed - High analytical acumen along with a strong business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions and the rationale behind them to stakeholders at all levels - Experience leading product development from zero to the first release and beyond - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
