You will oversee the customer journey while ensuring the product's alignment with the company vision, goals, and market trends. This will be a high-impact and challenging role, requiring you to work closely with multiple stakeholders and develop a common working view in a fast-moving and chaotic environment. What you'll be doing - Write product requirements clearly articulating the problem, its impact, and desired solutions. - Act as subject matter expertise to ideate and build the consumer lending function. - Drive collaboration between engineering, design, business and customer success teams, ensuring that the team has adequately prepared tasks to work on. - Communicate product decisions and roadmap to both external and internal stakeholders. - Work closely with our customer success teams to continuously analyse customer requirements, solicit feedback, and validate our product direction. - Work with relevant teams to document and communicate our system capabilities to internal and external stakeholders. What we're looking for! - 2+ years of relevant product experience with a high-growth tech company or working in banking/finance-related business areas such as acquiring, payments, Consumer Lending - Demonstrate a deep understanding of the ecosystem, partners and opportunities in the area of Consumer Lending - An eye for great UX/UI and a good understanding of design best practices (Design System et al.) - Quick, scrappy and can get things done with lightening speed - High analytical acumen along with a strong business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions and the rationale behind them to stakeholders at all levels - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
