What you'll be doing:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of our co-branded credit card in collaboration with an issuer bank. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and managing the credit card and future card portfolio, optimizing product performance, and strengthening relationships with industry players to enhance offerings for our customers. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in credit card management, partnerships, or a related field, with a strong understanding of credit card products, customer acquisition strategies, and portfolio management.

- Product Development and Launch: Partner with a bank to design, develop, and launch a co-branded credit card tailored to our customers' needs. Define product features, rewards, and value propositions that align with our brand.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of the credit card portfolio, including customer acquisition, retention, usage, and profitability metrics. Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement and optimize portfolio performance. execute strategies to drive engagement and optimize portfolio performance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the issuer bank, payment networks, and other key industry players. Negotiate offers, promotions, and partnerships that enhance the card's value to our customers. and partnerships that enhance the card's value to our customers.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform product development and improve the card's competitive position.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Ensure that card benefits and features are effectively communicated to target audiences.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the co-branded credit card program complies with all applicable regulations and risk policies, working closely with compliance, risk, and legal teams.
What you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit card product management, partnerships, or related roles, ideally with experience in co-branded credit card programs.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of securing partnerships and managing external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to credit card products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
