Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire merchandising team effectively.

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all processes involved in ladies' garment manufacturing and merchandising.

- Exhibit strong follow-up and execution skills.

- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Manage sampling, costing, and sourcing of fabrics and trims.

- Oversee the approval of fit, size sets, pre-production, and shipment samples, ensuring adherence to buyer testing standards.

- Present ranges, coordinate fabric and trim approvals, and ensure quality compliance.

- Handle end-to-end processing and execution of orders, from sampling to dispatch.

- Collaborate with production teams and factories to meet delivery schedules.

- Maintain seamless communication and coordination with overseas buyers
