Position Overview:

The Vice President of Sales for Chat360 plays a pivotal role in leading the sales efforts for our innovative chatbot and conversational AI platform. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans to drive adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion for Chat360. The VP of Sales will lead a dynamic team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth for Chat360.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

- Identify and priorities target markets, industries, and key accounts for strategic sales initiatives.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market positioning.

- Develop pricing strategies, negotiation tactics, and contract terms to optimize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Represent Chat360 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the sales team and across the organization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the software industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

- Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and subscription-based revenue models.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, driven by a passion for innovation and customer success.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
