Job Summary:

A Senior Marketing Manager at Chat360 is responsible for overseeing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Chat360, a company that specialises in chatbot and AI-powered customer service solutions. The role of a Senior Marketing Manager is crucial in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Below is a job description for a Senior Marketing Manager at Chat360:

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives. This includes defining target audiences, creating a marketing plan, and setting measurable goals.

- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and more, to educate and engage target audiences.

- Digital Marketing: Manage all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM (Linkedin ads), email marketing, and social media marketing, to increase online visibility and lead generation.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to tracking and reporting. Ensure all campaigns are within budget and meet set KPIs.

- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.

- Branding and Positioning: Maintain and enhance the Chat360 brand by ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals across all marketing materials.

- Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads, and to improve lead conversion rates.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, using metrics and data to make informed decisions and optimizations.

- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximise ROI.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the IT or SaaS (product-led) industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to make decisions.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.

- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

- Should be able to maintain marketing reports in CRM, regularly create, review, and automate custom reports to track performance for your marketing efforts.
