Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise, crafting tailored solutions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

- Solution Development: Understand client needs and requirements to develop customized solutions using Chat360's product offerings.

- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Chat360's solutions.

- Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and other sales documents.

- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation.

- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights during the sales process.

- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of Chat360's offerings.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

- Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or similar technical sales role.

- Experience in the AI, chatbot, or SaaS industry is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
