Position Overview: As the Head of Digital Marketing and CRM at Autovista Group, you will lead the development and execution of our digital marketing and CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across our brands. You will be responsible for leveraging digital channels, data-driven insights, and CRM technologies to create personalised and seamless experiences for our customers throughout their journey. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in digital marketing, CRM, and team management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions across various digital channels, including but not limited to, websites, social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.

- Lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships, loyalty, and lifetime value, leveraging data analytics and customer insights to deliver personalised experiences.

- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns and budgets to maximise ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM platforms and tools to support customer segmentation, targeting, and automation initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing and CRM initiatives with business objectives and processes.

- Drive continuous innovation and experimentation in digital marketing and CRM strategies, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

- Establish and monitor key performance metrics and analytics dashboards to track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing and CRM efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing and CRM professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

- Cultivate strategic partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and technology providers to enhance our digital marketing and CRM capabilities.

- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and best practices related to data privacy, consumer protection, and email marketing compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving business results and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Expertise in CRM platforms and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems, with experience in CRM implementation, segmentation, and automation.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing and CRM.

- Experience in the automotive industry or retail sector is a plus.
