Position Overview: As the Chief of Staff at Chat360, you will serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, playing a critical role in driving organisational effectiveness, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with senior leadership to align business priorities, streamline decision-making processes, and execute strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth and success. The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the CEO to define and execute Chat360's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel, insights, and recommendations on key business decisions and initiatives.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication across departments, ensuring alignment and coordination on strategic priorities and initiatives.

- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO, overseeing planning, execution, and implementation to achieve desired outcomes.

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team, facilitating communication, decision-making, and follow-up on action items.

- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications to communicate strategy, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Monitor and track progress on strategic initiatives, KPIs, and goals, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Drive operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives across the organisation, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.

- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance, leading by example and championing Chat360's core values and culture.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly desirable.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans and initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
