Position Overview:
As the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, negotiate, and implement partnership opportunities, including white labelling, integrations, and co-marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Identification: Identify and research potential partners that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organisations.
- Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to drive business growth.
- White Labelling Management: Oversee white labelling partnerships and ensure seamless integration with partner platforms.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop integration strategies.
- Co-Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Sales Enablement: Provide training and resources to sales teams on partnership benefits and offerings.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of partnership programs against KPIs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new partnership opportunities.
- Customer Support: Ensure partners have the necessary support and resources for successful collaboration.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in partnership relationships.
- Contract Management: Manage all aspects of partnership contracts, including renewals and compliance.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership activities and performance for senior management.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate joint events, webinars, and conferences with partners.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for partnership initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate partnership progress and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyse competitor partnerships and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve partnership processes and outcomes.
- Legal and Compliance: Ensure all partnership activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive execution.
- Experience with white labelling and product integrations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM and partnership management tools.

Compensation Range :- Upto - 12,00,000.per year ( Depends Upon the Interview, Skill sets, Years of Experience & Candidate's profile.)
