Position Overview:
The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key channel partners in the IT industry. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring successful collaboration between Chat360 and its partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Create and implement strategies for partner growth and success.
- Drive sales through channel partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and marketing strategies.
- Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support to maximize sales.
- Provide training and resources to partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about Chat360 products and solutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners.
- Address and resolve partner issues and conflicts promptly.
- Ensure partners have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Identify new market opportunities and work with partners to explore them.
- Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on partner activities and performance.
- Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in channel partner management or business development in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and channel partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
