Position Overview :

- The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the UK region.


- This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- The position operates during UK business hours.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the UK, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Understand client needs and challenges, offering suitable solutions through a consultative approach.

- Conduct discovery and platform demonstrations independently.

- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads through email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and cold-calling.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.

- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies.

- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and time management, along with a customer-centric approach and adaptability, will be valued in this dynamic role, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success. - Compensation ranges upto 10lpa.

- Years of experience required is 1 year to 4 years.

- Working hours will be 12pm to 9pm.
