Chartering Manager - Shipping Industry

Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartering Manager.

- The Chartering Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the chartering activities for Dry bulk.

- This includes identifying suitable vessels, negotiating charter terms, and ensuring efficient and timely transportation of cargo.

- The Chartering Manager will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in chartering and operations within the shipping industry

- Strong knowledge of break bulk and wind solutions

- Ability to negotiate and draft charter contracts

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Post graduate degree in a relevant field

- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools

- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
