CTC: 15 lpa non-negotiable

- Reports to Executive Director

Strategy:

- Work with Top Management, challenging and identifying the new growth markets and opportunities.

- Designing the roadmaps to set the strategic targets at business level and developing ways to achieve those targets.

- Monitoring marketing spent closely to ensure that we are spending the SP&A on contractual obligations, short-term and long-term goals.

- Performing the industry and brand performance analysis.

- SP&A planning and LE preparation and tracking.

- Preparation of MILO packs for business discussion with VPs.

Finance:

- Ensuring proper month close, scrutinizing the financial results before month close to identify errors or inappropriate or incorrect transactions if any, correcting it through appropriate accounting adjustments.

- Analyzing the financial results, identifying the variances against plan and LE and providing meaningful insights to business stakeholders.

- Performing SOX controls.

- Brainstorming on new business ideas in collaboration with business people, testing them for business controls.

- Participating in business pipeline discussions, achieved the milestones by adapting agile methodology.

- Facilitating world class close, adapting the collaborative approach to automate the accounting functions which will speed up the month close process and supporting the RDS strategy of world class close at business level
