Roles & Responsibility:

Financial Management:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

- Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and developments in the real estate industry, including taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audits, and financial reporting obligations.

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and objectives aligned with the company's business goals.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making on investment opportunities, acquisitions, and capital allocation.

Internal and External Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project managers, to provide financial insights and support for business initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities, to address inquiries and ensure transparency in financial reporting.

Risk Management:

- Identify financial risks and opportunities, assess their potential impact on the company, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

- Monitor key financial indicators and performance metrics to proactively identify trends and issues that may affect the company's financial stability and growth.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in the real estate industry preferred.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements applicable to the real estate sector.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with a strategic orientation and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
