Responsibilities : - Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning and special projects - Supporting the CFO in fund raising activities including preparation of financial projections, coordinating with rating agencies and liaisoning with banks - Managing the monthly end accounting and preparation of reporting pack for the management - Budgeting and monitoring expenses and comparing actuals v budgets - Preparation of regular MIS reports for the review by the Board - Handling various RBI Compliances - Working with internal and statutory auditors and ensuring timely completion of statutory compliances Requirements : - 1-3 yrs post CA experience in non banking financial company(NBFC) is must - Person should be well versed with India Accounting, direct tax (TDS), indirect tax (GST), etc. - Good Communication skills - Motivated individual who is willing to take an additional responsibility
