Key Responsibilities/Duties :

- Preparation of Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements.

- Hands on knowledge of accounts finalization.

- Co-ordination with Auditors for Quarterly and Yearly Statutory Audit.

- Managing Yearly Assessments.

- Preparation of MIS and other reports.

- Responsible for TDS & other statutory compliance advance tax and yearly tax payment.

- Managing listed and non-listed entity accounts related compliance.

- Co-ordination and Review for GST Audit and Returns.

Qualifications :

- CA with 1 to 2 years of experience in a corporate (post articleship).

- Should have handled finalization of accounts of at least one entity independently.

- Adept at reading and staying aware about INDAS standards and other accounts related compliances and changes.
