Job Summary:
The Manager Finance & Accounts is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This role involves managing financial transactions, banking activities, conducting audits, and performing financial data analysis. The Manager Finance & Accounts will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical/Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial data and transactions.
- Manage banking relationships and transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize liquidity.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit queries.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and report on variances.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems.
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Education:
- Fully qualified CA with 5 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in Finance & Accounts in India, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Highly motivated and result- driven individual.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
