Job Description: 1. Carrying out credit analysis/due diligence and supporting transactions of purchase of NPAs from banks/other financial institutions 2. Interacting with borrowers &amp; bankers for verifying borrower background, evaluating financial statements, financial projections, relevant industry research, verifying reasons for NPA, Identifying security mortgaged &amp; valuation, site visits, substantive checks, understanding the proposed resolution strategy etc 3. Conducting due diligence of lenders- documentation and other relevant information 4. Preparing due diligence reports and other summary reports 5. Interacting with valuers, lawyers etc for diligence/valuation reports 6. Supporting the relationship manager in transaction execution and documentation 7. Supporting other teams in providing necessary information for rating, audit, inspection purposes Desired Candidate requirement: 1. Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-3 years of work experience 2. Candidate should preferably have experience in the BFSI industry or experience in rating agencies. 3. Experience/ background knowledge in stressed assets/ARCs is strongly preferred. 4. Candidate should have strong written and verbal skills. 5. Candidate should be proficient in MS Office &amp; Power-point with intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS-Excel. 6. Candidate should have a high general awareness of Indian financial business news/events 7. Candidate should have good time-management/multi-tasking abilities
