Job Title: Senior Finance position (Business Finance).

Job Overview:.
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team one of our leading clients.
- The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant , with a strong background in Business Finance, P&L management, stakeholder engagement, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:.
Business Partnering:.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive growth and profitability.
- Provide financial insights and strategic support to ensure alignment with business goals.
P&L Management:.
- Prepare and review monthly performance reports, including P&L, variance analysis against the budget, and management presentations.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial reports as required to support decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting:.
- Lead the preparation of annual operating plans and forecasts in coordination with operations, sales, and other departments.
- Ensure accurate and timely forecasting to drive financial performance.
Cost Control & Efficiency Projects:.
- Identify areas for cost efficiency and work collaboratively with departments to implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead and execute projects focused on improving financial efficiency.
Financial Controls:.
- Implement and continuously review financial controls, ensuring robust processes that meet company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial control mechanisms.
CAPEX Investment:.
- Prepare financial models and proposals for CAPEX investments.
- Ensure accurate evaluation and recommendation for capital expenditures.
Bid P&L Review:.
- Review and approve bid costing before submission to prospective clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with financial targets.
Risk & Opportunity Identification:.
- Partner with the business team to identify potential financial risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive management.
Client Collections & Working Capital Management:.
- Monitor and ensure Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) is within the agreed budget.
- Implement strategies to minimize working capital deployment in the business.
