Job Title: Chartered Accountant (1st or 2nd Attempt Only)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10 Years

Must Have :

- Expertise in handling Revenue Assurance, contract management, analytics, and reporting functions.

Responsibilities :

Contract Review :

- Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with accounting standards for revenue booking.

Revenue Assurance Strategy :

- Develop and implement a revenue assurance strategy for all revenue streams. This includes identifying and preventing revenue leakage, evaluating controls, conducting gap analysis, and driving continuous improvement across all revenue assurance activities.

Revenue Schedules Management :

- Maintain and enhance the company's key revenue schedules, including deferred, unearned, and unbilled receivables.

Performance Dashboards :

- Manage performance dashboards related to revenue, utilization, and revenue flash reports.

Exception Reporting & MIS :

- Oversee exception reporting and provide necessary Management Information Systems (MIS) to top management, focusing on relevant revenue-related metrics and KPIs.

Customer Profiles Maintenance :

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and databases, including credit risk and credit limit information.

- Conduct historical analyses of customers by compiling and analyzing financial developments and comparing industry and company statistics.

Accounts Receivables & Collections Analytics :

- Develop analytics and reporting related to accounts receivables and collections.

Forecasting :

- Maintain forecasts for monthly revenue, receivables, cash flow, and customer collections.

Audit Coordination :

- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors, managing the audit processes effectively.

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (1st or 2nd Attempt Only).

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance and financial reporting.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
