Chartered Accountant - BFSI

- Direct and monitor all accounting entries to ensure that they are in accordance with the accounting standards and comply with all relevant laws.

- Responsible for monthly closure of accounts on a timely basis.

- Preparation of MIS and variance analysis based on MIS/Budgets and taking corrective action in the variance.

- Design and Implement Internal Control Process wherever required and improve the existing processes.

- Dealing with external auditors (Big-4) and internal auditors

- Ensure timely statutory compliances

- Should be aware of new changes in the statutory laws and ensure the system is in line with the same.

- Should have working knowledge of the compliances under the Companies Act.

- Should have working knowledge of labour and allied laws.
