We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of Chartered Accountant - for Accounts and Taxation role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Supporting preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements along with all disclosures

- Providing data to statutory auditors, internal auditors, and to other depts.

- Preparation of RBI returns on monthly/quarterly basis and filling before due date

- Providing data for income tax assessment

- Assisting in preparation of management MIS reports

- Monitoring of bank reconciliation on daily basis

- Passing entries related to month end closing

Overall responsibilities include :

- Month-end processing and period close

- Trial balance, Profit and loss and balance sheet review

- Management Reporting

- Inter-company reconciliations

- Account reconciliations (Primary General ledger to subsidiary General ledger)

- Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and making necessary journal entries/corrections to address reconciling items.

- Variance Analysis of Profit and loss (Quarterly and annually) and Balance Sheet.

- Preparation of Related Party Transaction Disclosures and Balance Confirmation quarterly and annually.

- Project wise gross margin analysis quarterly.
