Chartered Accountant - Account receivable - Pharma/FMCG Sector

Responsibilities :

- Management of receivables for Institutional Business through comprehensive coordination and persistent follow-ups to secure successful recovery.

- Circulation of receivable aging reports to field managers and customers, and ensuring timely follow-up for collection.

- Identify control gaps and process non-compliance, if any, Conduct risk source analysis and Present findings and action plans to the management

- Review of EMD/BG given to Institutions, its circulation to business and follow-up for its recovery.

- Conducting regular analysis including trend analysis and exception analysis, as well as field audits for discounted business such as Hospital Business, Doctor Dispensing Business, and other Free Claims.

- Monitoring, approval etc. of bonus, discount and other schemes proposed by business.

- Review and validation of interest & other operational expenses charged by distributors etc.

- Vendor Advance Monitoring & Control

- Promo Materials & Samples Inventory, Destruction etc. monitoring, analysis and control

- Periodic review (on sample basis) of transactions accounted, documents maintained by accounting team of IF business and control around it.

- Special Projects (e.g. process review & re-engineering, automation, corporate project etc.)

- MIS Preparation for management review & discussion
