Role & Responsibilities :

- Prepare Financial Statements on monthly/quarterly basis for reporting to various stakeholders.

- Prepare various IND AS workings with regards to closure of Financials statements.

- Variance analysis of Profit & Loss statements & Balance sheet on monthly basis.

- Assist in regulatory reporting requirements & certification work.

- Handle Statutory, NHB and Internal Audit & ensuring smooth closure of the same.

- Ensure all deliverables are in line with group instructions.

- Ensure that there is reduction in manual efforts & getting engaged with stakeholders for ensuring of any automation project.

- Coordinate with finance team and other team for smooth closure of monthly/quarterly/yearly financials.

Desired Candidate :

- CA (Mandatory) and any other higher education.

- Should have at least 5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferable from Home Finance industry
