Chartered Accountant - Accounting/Manufacturing/BFSI

Qualifications:

Education: Must be a Certified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a limited company environment.

- Proven track record in financial reporting

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Compliance Management:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards applicable to the limited company.

- Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely completion of financial statements.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the management.

3. MIS Reporting:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports for management, providing key insights into financial performance and operational efficiency.

- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

4. Tax Management:

- Oversee tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.

- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure the company is compliant.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that support business decisions.

- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, ensuring their development and adherence to best practices.
