1. Work in close coordination within various teams in Gurgaon and at Onshore. Follow-up with all subsidiaries and several cross functional teams for ensuring adherence to timely, smooth and error free completion of management reporting.

2. Timely monthly / quarterly /annual consolidation of multiple subsidiaries and preparation of group financial statements in compliance with IFRS and other related reports like Review Reporting and CBC Reporting etc.

3. Perform deep dive analysis as and when required by Operations team and provide insight to the financial performance for the group

4. Budgeting and Forecasting for the group which includes various business segments including gaining market knowledge, identifying trends in the business, identifying price changes that will allow forecasting of future results, conduct variance analysis, cost analysis and provide meaningful trends and opportunities for savings on a periodic basis.

5. Facilitate and overview timely completion of group audit and coordinate with the local accounts team of the subsidiaries for timely completion of their audit.
