Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards, and legal requirements. Present financial reports to management, clients, and other stakeholders as necessary. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. Provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization based on financial analysis.

- Auditing: Conduct internal and external audits to assess financial controls, identify areas of risk, and recommend improvements. Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and relevant stakeholders.

- Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to local tax laws and regulations. Provide advice on tax strategies and optimize tax efficiencies for clients.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, ratio analysis, and trend analysis. Identify key financial indicators and provide insights to aid decision-making processes.

- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and minimize fraud or errors.

- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and laws. Stay updated with changes in accounting and tax regulations and communicate necessary adjustments to the organization.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless financial operations, accurate financial reporting, and compliance.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert financial advice, responding to queries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

- Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices. Pursue continuous professional development opportunities and share knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications:

- A Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.

- 4-5 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role.

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws.

- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
