Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant who will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in international accounting standards and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements in compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.

- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closures.

- Manage internal audits, statutory audits, and tax filings.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

- Provide financial advice and insights to support strategic business decisions.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

- Monitor and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.

Requirements:

- CPA (USA) Certification Mandatory

- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting

- Strong understanding of both Indian and international financial regulations

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams is a plus

Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, India.
