Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Locations: Delhi, Noida, Mohali, Bangalore, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of experience to manage financial reporting, taxation, audits, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be well-versed in accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements.

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights for decision-making.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking operations.

- Support the implementation of financial controls and risk management practices.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skill Set:

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS.

- Expertise in direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax.

- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.

- Hands-on experience in audit, compliance, and financial regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Articleship experience from a reputed CA firm.

- Exposure to ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

- Knowledge of corporate finance and investment analysis.
