Experience: Minimum 3-8 years in the real estate sector Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

- Manage financial records, ledgers, journals, and balance sheets for real estate projects.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and financial closing.

- Implement strong internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Budgeting & Financial Planning:

- Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Conduct cost analysis, fund flow management, and variance reporting.

- Optimize cash flow management for real estate projects.

Taxation & RERA Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).

- File GST returns, TDS returns, income tax filings, and RERA financial reports.

- Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities.

Auditing & Risk Management:

- Conduct internal audits and ensure strict financial control.

- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.

- Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
