Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled chartered accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of experience in managing comprehensive accounting, financial, and compliance functions.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in GST, TDS, annual filings, auditing, and legal accounting frameworks.
The role demands strong leadership, analytical, and strategic financial skills to support organizational growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Compliance and Regulatory Filings:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations, and audits.
- Ensure timely and accurate TDS deductions, filings, and issue of certificates.
- Handle all statutory filings such as annual financial statements, income tax returns, and corporate filings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting laws, rules, and amendments.
Auditing and Financial Analysis:
- Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits as per regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and prepare detailed audit reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other relevant regulations.
Financial Planning and Control:
- Develop and implement effective financial controls, processes, and systems.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports to support decision-making.
- Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Accounting and Reporting:
- Supervise end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IND-AS/IFRS.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.
- Conduct training sessions to update the team on new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Assist in formulating business strategies and policies from a financial perspective.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid ICAI membership.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance roles.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, corporate tax, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Companies Act.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in dealing with government authorities and regulators.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and automation tools for accounting.
- Knowledge of secretarial compliances (ROC filings, board meetings, etc.
- Exposure to financial due diligence and mergers & acquisitions.
