Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books for the BU

- Prepare financial reports for the BU, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Analyze BU financials to identify trends, opportunities, improvements, and risks, providing comprehensive updates

2. Data Management and Analysis:

- Coordinate and secure data for ad hoc management reports, compiling them in a flexible, user-friendly manner for analysis

- Support in leading budgeting, forecasting, price setting, and other financial processes

3. Internal Controls and Risk Management:

- Monitor and identify internal control areas for the BU, maintaining safeguards

- Maintain ad hoc credit applications and review delinquent receivables

4. Collaboration and Support:

- Provide active support to the BU Finance Head and senior management in HQ

- Coordinate with plant controllers, zones, CPC, auditors, and the corporate finance team for seamless operations
