The Presales team functions as the technical face of Chargebee and assists the Sales team during prospective customer engagements. - Assist the sales team through preparation and delivery of technical presentations - Answer technical questions during demos - Devise implementation strategies based on specific client business requirements - Liaise with product and engineering for technical solutions to complex use cases - Guide prospects with product implementation - Respond to RFI and RFP from prospects - Close the feedback loop by providing the product team with inputs to influence product roadmap items - Customer migration and onboarding assistance Requirements : - Minimum 1-year experience in technical support - Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills - Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales / Consultant role - Good understanding of APIs and cloud computing - Prior experience with SaaS solutions, is a plus - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently - Willingness to travel
