Chargebee is a unicorn and a rapidly scaling recurring billing and subscription management tool that helps SaaS and SaaS-like businesses streamline Revenue Operations. We have presence in Chennai, San Francisco and Amsterdam.

The Manager - Talent Acquisition role supports all hiring for the Engineering and Technology Organisation at Chargebee. The role reports into the Head of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for all Product, Engineering, Design and Technology (Cloud, DevOps) hiring for Chargebee in India.

Job Description :

1. The role manages a large team of recruiters and is responsible for delivering the high growth mandate set out for Engineering and Technology hiring for Chargebee India

2. The role requires working closely with stakeholders based in India and globally to manage and deliver quality hires in these verticals

3. Personally driving closures for senior hiring mandates within the vertical in addition to managing hiring through the larger team is a key responsibility of the role

4. Talent mapping, recruiting strategy, analytics on candidate data are some of the key areas that the role supports

5. Unleveling the talent acquisition team to hire quality talent through a deeper understanding of the business, total rewards, ESOP's and market understanding is a key requirement in the role

6. Driving volume growth by way of hiring drives and other innovative strategies to hire top talent

7. Researching creative ways and introducing market led practices to improve decline ratios within the vertical

8. Working closely with the TA Coordinators to manage data analytics from the time a requisition is opened until the candidate comes on board.

Skills required :

- A candidate in this role would have 8 + years of overall talent acquisition experience and atleast 4 + years of experience in engineering hiring.

- 2 + years of team management experience is a must have.

- 2+ years of experience in analytics using excel is a must have

- Good analytical skills along with comfort in working with large amounts of data is required for the role.

- Good communication along with comfort in communicating with senior stakeholders when required is a requirement of the role
