We are hiring for Lead S&D Growth for one of our client who is a leading company into fragrance industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall GT channel sales and marketing strategies and initiatives for PAN India
- Lead business planning and performance management of channel partners - Super Stockist, Distributors, Retailers', including development and execution of District wise, SKU wise, joint annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans, hyper-local area marketing in small towns and rural markets
- Plan, brief down the line Drive District wise, SKU wise, volumes, value, market share targets in perfumes, deodorants, air and roof fresheners, colour cosmetics
- Establish a structured new product introduction process with the highest level of new fragrances or ideas trials, sampling, display, new points of visibility and sales, with result metrics.
- Organizing and implementing new product launches with distributors, tracked, and addressed sales performances.
- Manage competitive threats from new players in fragrances and personal care categories from general trade, modern trade and ecommerce trade.
- Design, plan & execute BTL activities such as activation campaigns, training, and engagement programs to translate into higher trials, sales and market penetration base.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Only MBAs from leading institute preferred with strong quantitative, analytical skills.
- Minimum 15 years of experience into data-centric- Sales-Strategy and Growth Management.
- Strong sales organizational and execution skills.
- Must be well-connected and respected Industry leader to build his own team of young, dynamic RSM, ASM across zones.
- Maturity and wisdom to develop existing sales teams with legacy culture.
- Must have led 250 + sales force pan India.
- Must travel 10-15 days pan India to expend sales & distribution.
