Position Purpose: The main responsibility of the Recruiter Manager will be to actively source, build and maintain a network of placeable candidates for our clients. The person will be responsible for all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates directly to internal recruitment teams. Support will be provided to:
- Sales team
- Recruitment team
- Sales support
The recruiter manager must have the ability to effectively communicate with potential temporary employees and the internal team which it supports. Must be able to handle a team of 6-7 recruiters. The position will require excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, open concept, numbers-driven environment. Good time management skills are key to successfully work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
Accuracy, complete information and timeliness are required for all tasks. Consistent and frequent follow-up is necessary to maintain information flow. The position works very closely with the recruitment and sales support teams; therefore, it is necessary to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. Must have worked in a metric driven environment and should have been a people manager.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Manage the hiring team by setting up right KRAs, performance parameters and a process that enables improvement in hiring quality and reduces the time to closure.
- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- 70% of the profile will include people management and rest will include talent acquisition.
- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Responsible for stakeholder management (Director Level)
- Building a quality relationship with the internal customers and external customers.
- Ensuring the TEAM is performing to their best by passing on tips and continuous on the job training,
- Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process
- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
- Work with on-shore team on the requirement gathering of the positions to be filled.
- Monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
- Manage and develop the team of HR Recruiters (6-7 Members team)
- Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
- Design training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
- Evaluate all resumes received and select only candidates that are appropriate to enter into the interview process
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programme
- Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent
- Ensure metrics are achieved
