- To manage and develop tools to make sales force better equipped with knowledge and information about our customers and business.
- To manage and develop tools to engage Channel Partners (i.e. Transactional & Non-Transactional) on a Single Platform for rich and seamless user experience.
- Develop / Manage / Implement Track & Trace Solution
- Develop Business Insights / Analytics for Stakeholders
- Drive & Support Business Objectives through Gamification of Loyalty Program
- Develop a troubleshooting mechanism for system failure or gadget breakdown situations
- Empower Sales team with technology to beat competition by being more efficient in planning and execution.
- Finding appropriate gadget / devices for data collection and transfer at various levels like factory, warehouse and Channel Partners premise
- Setting up processes at Factory, warehouse and market to print, paste and scan the QR codes and data matrix code on carton as well as each SKU
- Do thorough User Acceptance Test of all the applications to ensure correctness of data at all times
- Continuously enhance and improve applications based on feedback & requirement of Sales Team and Channel Partners
- Coordinate with Internal departments for various inputs and support
Qualification: MBA
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
