Responsibilities:


- Craft and execute comprehensive sales strategies to boost revenue through franchise development and channel sales, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals. This encompasses identifying market opportunities, setting sales objectives, and developing plans to achieve them.

- Spearhead the growth and expansion of the company's franchise network. This includes identifying prospective franchisees, negotiating agreements, and offering ongoing support to ensure successful franchise operations. The Sales Head also ensures that franchisees adhere to company standards and guidelines.

- Direct the management and optimization of channel sales, including distributors, resellers, and other third-party partners. This includes building strong partnerships, equipping channel partners with the necessary resources for success, and maintaining consistent performance across the channel network.

- Perform market research to uncover new opportunities for expanding franchise and channel sales. This involves analyzing market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape to guide sales strategies and decision-making.

- Guide, mentor, and develop the sales team, including franchise managers and channel sales representatives, to meet sales objectives. The Sales Head is responsible for setting performance targets, offering coaching and support, and cultivating a high-performance sales culture.

- Propel revenue growth and profitability by streamlining sales processes, refining pricing strategies, and executing sales promotions. This involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.

- Establish and sustain strong relationships with key customers, franchisees, and channel partners. The Sales Head is tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.

- Partner with marketing teams to create and implement promotional campaigns that bolster franchise and channel sales. This includes producing marketing materials, organizing events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all sales channels.

- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. The Sales Head is also responsible for preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management, offering insights into performance, challenges, and opportunities.

- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with franchisees, channel partners, and key customers, ensuring terms and conditions align with company objectives. This includes handling contract renewals, resolving disputes, and ensuring adherence to contract terms.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales, franchise development, and channel management. The Sales Head is responsible for driving innovation and continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes to maintain a competitive edge.
