With an employee friendly culture, they are currently looking for a Channel Sales Manager for dispensing technologies.

Job Description - Reporting to the Regional Sales Director of Dispensing Technologies, you will be responsible for:

- Develop a strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives.

- In conjunction with the Distributors and the Affiliates, develop a yearly business plan and ensure a quarterly review is undertaken with each of the relevant partners

- Provide the necessary Sales information and tools to create and maintain a high level of expertise within the Distribution organization in India

- Facilitate communication between the Dispensing Teams (Technical Service Centre, Marketing, Solution, etc) and local Partners

- Focus on Distributor/Customer satisfaction

- Support their Partners in trade shows, exhibitions, congresses and Customer presentations

- Collect and regularly update information on competitors

- Identify and develop new markets for our 3rd party business (trolleys, packagers, storage systems)

- Assist in the development of innovative sales promotions for their Partners Active participation to International Sales Meetings and trainings

The Successful Candidate - Post your masters degree in business, you should have 5 years of experience in both direct and indirect channel sales handling distributors for Medical equipment manufacturers. Prior experience of product solution selling would be preferred. You should be a team player and open to a multi cultural environment with good planning & organizational skills. The person must be a strong leader and should posses good presentation and communication skills.
