- Channel Creation, On-Boarding, Performance and Optimization

- Market Development, Penetration & Coverage Through Channel Network

- Maintenance and expands customer base by counseling sales representative; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customers opportunities

- Acquisition of new IT resellers & SI working / representing the technology vendors.

- Hunting new accounts

- Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plan on the assigned accounts

- Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.

- Mapping the organization; Generating the new business

- Effective Utilization of Market Materials / Activities (BTL) for visibility & order Generation

- To prospect, call, identify and seek new channel actively.

- Reporting Channel Partner for follow up on funnel, opportunity & sales closure

- Cross sell or up sell of products thru channel partner, new markets

- Exposure with multi channel / multi product approach

- Channel FoS Team training & motivation

- Implementing and adhering to all the channel policy, incentive programs effectively & legitimately

- Manage channel training, motivation, query & grievances

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Graduate / MBA with 6 plus years of relevant experience in Channel sales & Direct Sales experience with Telecom/ IT Hardware background Industry

2. Product experience of IT Hardware Servers, PC consumable etc.

3. Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.

4. Should have good negotiation Skills. Responsible to close the orders.
