Urgent opening for Sales Manager-Channel Sales with one of the MNC Printer Co.

Job Description :
Channel Management :
- Identify & recruit Quality Channel partners wherever coverage gap or non-performing partner is weeded out.
- Develop channel sales plan for building robust channel sales pipeline.
- Successfully reconcile - the voice of channel with the voice of the company
To meet company goals :
- Develop/maintain agreements with channel partners in line with Company's Channel Partner Program.
- Review with Channel partners at least once a quarter.
Marketing Activity :
- Plan & co-ordinate roadshows/ exhibitions with channel partners and the Marketing team.
- Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute lead generation programs for channel partners.
Support & Training :
- Ensure that Channel Partners have adequate support & ongoing sales / technical training's to effectively sell the Company's Brand and Product Line.
- Develop/ maintain & improve personal knowledge of the Company's products/ services.
