As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be on the payroll of the Dubai entity and will be shuttling between Dubai and India and will be responsible for the sales of the premium residential properties of the company to Indians. Your role will include:

- Responsible for sourcing business from Indian HNI clients through direct sales and also channel sales

- Building relationships with channel partners and helping them understand the product offering

- Driving sales through the channel

- Responsible for business planning, implementation and successful execution of strategy

- Devising and implementing a lucrative incentive based sales strategy for luxury & aspirational residences through channel partners

- Building referral and lead generation network

- Meeting HNI/Ultra HNI clients and providing customized design portfolios to suit their requirement

- Projecting & maintaining luxury real estate brand attitude

- Generating sales from various traditional & non-traditional BTL activities

- Leading closures through channel partners and by using social and public media marketing campaigns

- Identifying and attending trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to market full landscape services

- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, design portfolios, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele

Candidate Profile:

- Demonstrable experience of 8 years in real estate channel sales

- Proven experience of managing multiple territories and revenue achievement of 100 cr+

- Industry experience with a well-known property Indian Developer

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- High commercial acumen with strong client relationship management

- A good negotiator and a strong leader

- Drive and passion to roll up the sleeves and get the job done

- Flexible for International Travel - 4 to 5 days stay in Dubai in a month
