Job Summary: As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for our key e-comm, quick comm, and retail partners to align on sales strategies, promotional plans, and inventory management. With the main aim to reach (or preferably surpass) the sales targets. You will work closely with cross functional teams like marketing and operations, as well as directly with the founders as this is a key focus area for the brand. The right candidate has a strong intrinsic drive to generate rapid growth, possesses a competitive spirit to always push the boundary, and an natural instinct to look for innovative solutions that secure the organizational and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Retailer Relationship Management:

- Serve as a key point of contact for retailer partners, maintaining regular communication to foster positive and productive relationships.

- Collaborate with retail partners to align on sales strategies, promotional plans, and inventory management to achieve sales growth goals.

Driving Retail Sales Growth:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive consistent retail sales growth month-over-month.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming areas, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.

- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and retail sales outcomes.

- Partner with retailers to ensure optimal product placement, availability, and visibility to support sales objectives.

Project Coordination:

- Assist in the execution of retail marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches in collaboration with retail partners.

- Coordinate the logistics of partnership programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and reporting are managed effectively.

- Track and report performance metrics, including sales growth and campaign impact, for internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on initiatives and meet retailer and sales objectives.

- Ensure consistent product availability and coordinate with partners to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct research to identify new retail opportunities and analyze competitor strategies to inform sales growth initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights to enhance retailer engagement and sales performance.

Administrative Support:

- Maintain organized records of retailer contracts, agreements, and communications.

Qualifications:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, communications, or a related field

- Experience: minimum 3-4 years of experience in retail account management, partnerships or sales, preferably in the skincare, beauty, luxury, or the wider consumer industry.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand and to build and maintain strong relationships

- Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness or FMCG, quick commerce, and the consumer space in general.

Skills:

- Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
