Key Responsibilities :
- Must have experience in Leasing.
- Create and execute a strategic channel sales plan that expands customer/partner base and extends reach across defined territory
- Regularly meet with potential channel partners and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Recruit channel partners, set objectives, train, and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Adding value to the channel partner and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
- Identify knowledge gaps within the sales channel and develop a plan to fulfil them
- Oversee & enable channel partners' sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the month and monitor progress regularly
- Prospect potential channel partners using various direct methods, networking, and research.
- Serve as the key channel partner contact on multiple accounts
