Channel sales Lead, PAN INDIA
1. Identify, engage and manage local/regional system integrators
2. Train own sales and channel sales on how to sell the offering
3. Plan reach expansion, new cities, new distributer additions
4. Manage distributers and retailer's performance including stock planning, rotation, expansion
5. Align sales with marketing to actively manage the product portfolio and "Make Market" initiatives
6. Keep a close eye on the competition and develop winning sales strategies/tactics
7. Recruit and manage high performance sales team
8. Deliver revenue, margin and consistent growth
9. Monthly Demand planning and implement robust forecasting processes
10. Sales discipline, record meetings, sales pipeline, etc
11. Min 10 years of experience in Security (CCTV, Biometrics, VDP, etc) and Fire systems distribution sales experience
12. Should have managed distributer and retailer network; Strong connect with local/regional system integrators
13. Should have lead team of young, inexperienced front line sales members
